My rate is $285 per hour with a one hour minimum

If you have a room or multi-space plan you want to get some ideas for, this can often be accomplished within a few hours. Many clients hire me in this way. Pointing them in a direction they hadn't seen before and thus opening new possibilities to consider. 

Clients more often hire me to provide consultation in spatial planning, hardware, color and key design aspects to work along side their contractor to the completion of a project.  I am happy to consult in either way. For larger projects I do provide a flat rate.  I work primarily by referral.
