My rate is 200 per hour with an hour minimum.
If you have a room or general plan you want to get ideas for this can often be accomplished within one to two hours. Many clients hire me in this way; Pointing them in a direction they hadn't seen before and thus opening new possibilities to consider. Some clients will hire me to give them ideas from hardware to color and keep me employed through the completion of the project; This way will require far more hours but those kind of results are why my clients call and refer me. I am happy to consult in either way.
I've adopted a strict rule for myself over many years of consulting with people and the rule is to charge for my time and ideas with no exception.
I absolutely love helping people see the possibilities within their home and bring those possibilities and dreams into reality. I am not an architect nor a contractor. I am a design consultant that works with and for you the client exclusively to help you get the very best out of your project whether it be large or small.
