Getting Started
My rate is $200 per hour with an hour minimum.
If you have a room or multi-space plan you just want to get some ideas for this can often be accomplished within one to two hours. Many clients hire me in this way. Pointing them in a direction they hadn't seen before and thus opening new possibilities to consider.
Other clients will hire me to provide consultation in spatial planning, hardware, color and the key aspects of design and work along side their contractor. I'm often kept on through to the completion of a project to ensure the details are on point; This way of course requires more hours but it's how quality, detailed results are produced. I am happy to consult in either way. For larger projects I do provide a flat rate. I'm hired by people who want to bring out the very best in their home and appreciate a detailed approach. I work primarily by referral.
I absolutely love helping people see the possibilities within their home and help bring those dreams into reality. I am not an architect nor a general contractor. I am a design consultant and my experience in design, proportion and color balance is extensive. I work with you and for you exclusively to explore ideas and gain the very best out of your project whether it be large or small.
